MONDAY, JULY 23, 2018 – 10:00 A.M.
1. Authorization to advertise for RFQ’s to employ the services of a qualified architectural/engineering firm to inspect all county facilities including but not necessarily limited to: all physical structures, all mechanical units, and the general maintenance and condition of each building. In addition to the final report on the findings, the firm is to prepare a plan for routine maintenance and inspections of county facilities to br approved by Commissioners Court to be followed by the Building and Grounds Department. Precinct facilities are excluded. (Judge Riley)   

2. Require a monthly presentation to the Commissioners Court from the Building and Grounds Supervisor Kevin Holloway, pertaining to all work performed by the department for the prior month, including but not limited to the number of work order requests, how many work orders were completed, costs necessary to complete each work order, monthly maintenance reports and any other pertinent information pertaining to performance of the department. The presentations are to be made at the first regularly scheduled court meeting each month, beginning in August 2018. (Judge Riley)
